Commissioner Mike Constine was elected to serve on the Shiawassee County Board of County Road Commissioners since 2005. Commissioner Constine was re-elected for another six year term in 2017 and his term expires on December 31st, 2022. He resides in Middlebury Township. Commissioner Constine has many years in the gravel business; including road construction, underground and commercial development.
